About Trey

I'm a practicing artist and tutor with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in sculpture and ceramics. My work is rooted in a lifelong passion for mythology, fantasy, and the intersection of art, history, and philosophy. I’ve exhibited widely, published Magnum Opus—a visual art book exploring alchemy and artistic theory—and previously ran Three Doors Gallery to support emerging artists. My tutoring is grounded in clarity, encouragement, and a deep belief in art as a transformative, human practice. Whether you're refining a folio, writing essays, or preparing for critique, I’ll help you move forward with focus and confidence.

Fine Arts Tutor – University & HSC Level
As a Fine Arts tutor with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, I specialize in supporting university and senior high school (HSC) students who are seeking focused, practical guidance in their studies. Whether you’re preparing for assessments, refining a body of work, or needing help articulating your ideas in writing, my sessions are tailored to your specific academic or creative goals.

My teaching approach is flexible and goal-oriented—no two students are the same, so I adapt to your style of learning. I use a mix of visual teaching techniques, artistic examples, and references from key texts to make concepts engaging and easy to grasp. I often draw on analogies and historical or contemporary examples to connect theory with practice in a way that resonates with you.

Each session is one hour long and delivered online, keeping things accessible and affordable. I’m here to help you build confidence in your creative practice, strengthen your academic work, and approach your Fine Arts education with clarity and direction.
