About Alexandra

As a dedicated musician and passionate educator, I bring not only years of rigorous training at The Juilliard School—where I earned my Bachelor’s degree, am currently pursuing my Master’s, and plan to continue with a DMA—but also a heart-centered approach to teaching.

About the lesson

I believe music must come from a place of authenticity, joy, and creativity. I strive to create a nurturing environment where students feel seen, supported, and empowered to express their truest selves. I don’t just teach technique—I mentor the whole person, encouraging curiosity, individuality, and emotional connection to the music. During my time at Juilliard, I served as a mentor in both the Pre-College and College Divisions, experiences that strengthened my commitment to guiding younger musicians. I also teach at the Conservatorio Alomia Robles and maintain a private studio, where I meet each student where they are and help them grow at their own pace. Studying with me means being part of a space where your voice matters, your growth is celebrated, and your artistry is taken seriously—with heart, humor, and love for the music always at the center.
