About Madilyn
Hi! I am a passionate, young wanna-be educator looking to spark curiosity and bring unique learning approaches to you or your loved one!
I am a Chemical Engineering graduate from the Colorado School of Mines which at least shows you I kinda like school/learning. I was arguably a bigger nerd in high school where my passion for math and chemistry really began - and why you wonder, MY TEACHERS!!! They got me intrigued and fired up, the math isn't changing or going anywhere but having a spark to want to learn it does, so I really have them to thank!
I love love love chemistry, from chem 1 to chem 2, I can boogie with it! I also love algebra and calculus, more letters in math!!! Let's connect and fire your passion to learn!!

Everyone learns uniquely, let's leverage that. Once we sit down and discuss our learning goals we will create a rough plan to accomplish those goals. This plan is what's unique, whether it is practice makes perfect or finding a different angle to learn a topic, I will make a plan to ensure you feel confident and ready to move forward.
I am a colorful person and translate that into my learning and teaching approaches. If learning comes to you in visual or sensory ways, I love to create to study. This would include physical items you can use to approach studying. Think elevated flashcards (we can use tricks and personalized techniques for learning, especially helpful with memorization).
Other techniques, speaking and explaining topics to each other, finding other sources for you to utilize on your learning journey, and other methods close colleagues and I found useful.
