I know ground reality that starting your fitness journey will be tough but I will work with you as your training partner from level 0.
I will instruct and coach individuals in exercise activities, demonstrate techniques and form, observe participants, and explain to them corrective measures to improve their skills.
- This class is for those who want to loose fat and stay fit , those who are at level 0 and 1
- I will first observe you for working on you
- The intensity of workout will grow linear as your progress
- their will be strength training ( explosive and endurance), flexibility and mobility training as well.
