About Rhiannon
I am a qualified TEFL teacher with a BA (Hons) degree in English Literature from the University of Exeter. I also received a commendation for academic excellence for my first class dissertation.
I have recently returned from Korea, where I spent the year teaching academically gifted children English Literature and History. For some students, we also studied Creative Writing and British Folklore.
Some of these students were looking to gain entry to competitive international universities such as Oxford and Harvard. I was able to give them private tutoring to help prepare them for any entry exams. Further than that, I also provided academic references. I am happy to assist with this for any students who have hopes to study Literature at a Higher Education level.

I have experience teaching at all levels, for all kinds of students. This includes gifted children going through the UK system, as well as those learning English as a second language internationally (I am a qualified TEFL teacher). In particular, I have vast experience helping A-Level aged students prepare for entry at top universities around the world.
My classes will be completely tailored to you and your needs. We will spend the first lesson assessing your level and discussing your ambitions. From there, I will create a bespoke program to help you achieve your academic goals.
I aim for challenging but fun lessons, and hope to make the process as rewarding as possible for the students. I have a real passion for the English Language and all forms of Literature, so my own personal goal to share that love with my students.
