About Melody
Hi, my name is Melody but you can call me Melo. I am originally from Zimbabwe and also based in Zimbabwe but I offer webcam lessons. I am a near-native English speaker. I did my bachelor’s degree at Punjab Technical University in India and that’s where I discovered the challenges non-native English speakers face with pronunciation, spelling, literacy, and confidence during conversations. I then started volunteering to help students with English for daily life and job interviews. I know what it’s like to feel shy or unconfident speaking, because I saw it firsthand starting in 2021. If you are here and you don’t feel confident speaking English yet, that is what I will help you with. I already understand the challenges people go through. I am really looking forward to working with you.
