There are many reasons for cooking,this all depends on individual aim of cooking.but the major reason I see is for healthy living. Hence any reason for cooking that is out of health wellbeing may be disastrous to the body system. So it is therefore necessary to know the importance of cooking and the essential ingredients for cooking in their right proportion to be utilized by the body system.
