About Jaques
Im a fitness trainer at CX Fitness and helping people achieving their goals and dream bodies. I am hard working in every aspect I can be and want to share my knowledge about sport to younger generation. I've played rugby myself for 17 years and played for every single team A team or first XV, I also went to Dubai for sevens in December 2018. I got a boksmart certificate and coaching level 1 and want to share and learn my experience to other learners.
