About Phoenix
I have been an athlete for most of my life, but taking the course myself really made me think about the different components of exercises and how to better explain movements and key features of what we are doing to those I coach. I have been coaching swimming since 2020 and have experience working in busy environments. I can help guide you through such environments to help you stay focused on your clients.

I teach through working through questions with students. I am very hands on and take the approach of getting experience to better understand the subject matter. For understanding how to guide clients through exercises we will go through the exercises ourselves, pointing out which muscles are being used and in what ways. These lessons are for those looking for those looking to certify as a personal trainer or nutrition coach
