About Liam

I'm an autistic author and game designer with a degree in creative writing and game design, and I've always enjoyed sharing my knowledge with others to help them reach the stars. I love spending time developing a rapport with students and identifying their strengths and weaknesses to understand what support I can provide.

I find learning through play to be one of the most efficient ways to learn. Playing games and creating challenges to learn systems, memorise content and test my knowledge has always been my favourite method of absorbing information. Because reading and listening require dedicated focus that can be difficult for some students to keep, practical exercises provide a more hands-on task to occupy your mind and body while passively absorbing the information being taught.

About the lesson

New to professional tutoring with a handful of successful independent tutoring sessions during high school under my belt. Experience in tutoring late primary English and Maths and high school Japanese.

Lessons from 30 minutes to an hour for students year 8 and up depending on needs. ATAR-level students may require longer sessions, up to two hours. Also happy to tutor school-aged leavers and graduates who want to polish their English skills outside of school.
