I believe that teaching should beas per practical ways. Learning software is different and working on that software is totally different. So, I want to teach my students to understand these differences which I faced during my learning. Autocad is the subject which can be learn many ways, but most effective ways to learn the software which can be used in the office work. Training should be perfect that anyone can work independently. My methods of teaching is such that person can learn easily and develop their own ability to frame the work.
