About Luke
During my kinesiology degree at CSU, I learned I have a passion for helping others understand information. I have always held myself in my studies to the standard of "if you can teach it to someone else, then you understand it" and now I am putting that into practice. I love discussing all things exercise science and want to help educate people in that field. I have a vast understanding of human anatomy and physiology through my kinesiology studies and it has only grown through my nursing studies. I also have experience in pharmacology, pathology, and pathophysiology. I take an approach to learning in bite-sized pieces at a high level of focus. I hope to inspire others to want to learn.
