About Mr E
It is easy to look at tutoring as a bad thing but it is not. You are doing this to better yourself and your future. A good way to look at it is like you are training for a marathon. Tutoring is essentially you taking your brain to a gym to get in some more exercise and to build up your strength and stamina. I am passionate about education. I had a tutor when I was younger to push me to try and get those As and A*s and it worked. Now, I want to do the same for others.

I teach a mixed ability of pupils and I adapt my teaching style to suit the needs of my student. Teaching is not just lecturing and dictating, it is about ensuring that I foster a learning environment that is beneficial to my students and I pride myself on that. You will be asked questions about what I am teaching you as I want to test your knowledge and understanding. I have second class honours, division one in BA English Literature from Cardiff University and I am currently completing my PGCE. I have been working in a school for the 2024-2025 academic year as part of my course. The pupils that I teach are between age 11 to 16 (Year 7 to Year 11)
