About Leah
I excelled at English and writing courses from the time I was in grade school and continued this passion through my undergraduate studies. I have a general love for telling stories, and now I do that for the clients I work in the advertising industry to help them build their businesses. It’s more important now than ever to teach the value of reading and writing for self/professional development, and I’m happy to impart my knowledge and training that I’ve obtained through collegiate and career experience.

I teach the value of brevity in writing and critiquing works of literature. My lessons are tailored to how to be a successful written communicator in the modern professional world, while also learning to be a socially conscious and careful interpreter of others’ work so that you can successfully take part in larger academic conversations. I approach my literary analysis from an intersectional perspective, pulling in important psychological and sociological concepts. I will also challenge you to consider these perspectives while creating your own written pieces to be able to conceptualizar your own personal background and experiences within larger contexts.This way, you will be able to recognize these patterns in other work as well.
