To be honest, I don't want to teach. I am engineer I love to do applications rather than go down the tenuous road of teaching.But there is a catch , only by teaching I can refresh my ideas , renew my knowledge and interact with the coming generation. So yeah I want to teach for purely selfish reasons.

I like to break down important concepts in small sections.Then contact them like building blocks.So my students can capture the essence of the concepts.Not the final product.If the foundations are solid, the building won't collapse.It is duty to make sure that my students understand proper theory before heading down the road of implementation.
