About Aaron
40+ hours of tutoring experience
Hello, I am a post-graduate quantitative economics graduate, currently studying for a masters degree at Queen's Belfast.
Having self-taught myself the mathematical requirements for my course, I understand very well the anxiety and stress maths can cause a student. Not only did my experience of self-learning provide me with a deep understanding of the material, I discovered that the key to doing well at maths is through perseverance, confidence & determination. As well as maths instruction, it is my intention to impart these lessons onto my students.
I have developed a strong passion for all things maths and firmly believe that maths is not a scary and mysterious world that only the blessed few among us can grapple with, but rather, maths can be understood by everyone with the right insight & guidance.
I would be very enthusiastic teaching students of all abilities from GCSE to A-level maths, economics & statistics. I am especially strong in algebra, calculus, linear algebra, statistics and probability, microeconomics, macroeconomics, mathematical economics & econometrics
I have no blueprint for tuition as I believe every student's needs are different, and progress must be monitored on an individual basis.
When I'm not studying or working, I am usually out with my friends, reading, listening to music or at the gym.

As mentioned, I have no blueprint for tuition and tailor all lessons to the individual. However, I expect my students to come to every lesson prepared and with their full attention and ready to give 100%. This is ultimately for their benefit and the more they put in, the more they will get out.
