About Safina

I have become a tutor because I believe that education is a powerful tool that can transform lives and create positive change in the world. As someone who is passionate about learning, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping others to discover their own potential. I believe that every student deserves access to quality education and mentorship, regardless of their background or circumstances.

I find it incredibly rewarding to see the progress that my students make over time, and to watch as they gain confidence and develop new skills. I also believe that teaching is a two-way street, and that I have just as much to learn from my students as they have to learn from me. By building meaningful connections with my students and taking a personalised approach to their education, I hope to inspire a lifelong love of learning and help them achieve their dreams.

As a politics graduate, I am acutely aware of the social and political implications of education. I believe that education has the power to promote social mobility, reduce inequalities, and create a more just and equitable society. As a tutor, I am committed to providing equal opportunities to all of my students, regardless of their background, race, or socio-economic status. I strive to create a safe and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and encourages open dialogue.

About the lesson

As a passionate and dedicated tutor for Maths and English, I believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and I'm committed to helping them achieve their goals. My teaching style is based on patience, empathy, and a personalized approach that is tailored to each student's unique needs and learning style. I understand that some students may struggle with certain concepts, and I'm always willing to take the time to explain things in a way that is clear and easy to understand.

In my lessons, I like to incorporate a variety of teaching techniques to make learning fun and engaging. This can include interactive activities, real-world examples, and visual aids to help students grasp the material. I also believe in creating a supportive and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and taking risks. Each lesson will be 60 minutes long, and I will work with students to set achievable goals and track progress over time. Whether it's preparing for a test, building confidence in a subject, or simply improving overall academic performance, I'm committed to helping my students succeed and reach their full potential.
