I am an Early Childhood Teacher with experience teaching in special needs and mainstream schools as well as preschools and long day care services. I teach through play, inquiry-led focus questions, self-discovery, projects and open-ended questions that provoke curiosity, wonder and enthusiasm.

I like to use playbased strategies that engage students and keep them focused. This may be through matching word, digraph, trigraph, letters or through specific body actions when they hear a word with a particular digraph for e.g. the "ay" in "play" or the "oa" in boat.
