I use a personal approach in lesson because every person learns differently.
I first begin by asking students what areas they feel they’re struggling with and what their goals are. I use this to plan lessons around the area of interest and to set targets.
I incorporate teaching and learning with exam practice. This is because it is important for students to know how to apply the knowledge they’ve gained to exam questions in order to get the best marks.
