About Ze

I graduated from the University of Queensland with a Master of Economics. During my studies, I taught Mandarin to students in my spare time, gaining valuable teaching experience.

I am very flexible with my hours and available every day. I am experienced in online teaching and use tools such as screen sharing to make lessons as effective and engaging as face-to-face classes.

About the lesson

Confucius once said: "The man who asks a stupid question is a fool for a minute, but the man who doesn't ask is a fool for the rest of his life."

I am patient and understanding, and have experience with various teaching methods in several languages. I offer free trial lessons to get to know each other, no pressure.

I can help with homework, assignments or just strengthening knowledge!

Perfect! I had a fantastic Mandarin lesson with my tutor, Ze. She was incredibly friendly, patient and encouraging, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really enjoyed the lesson and would highly recommend Ze to anyone wanting to learn Mandarin!

Perfect! Ze is an excellent mandarin tutor. She made the nightmare of tones ridiculously simple, breaking the hardest tones down into easy bite-size pieces. She also focussed on teaching useful phrases with correct grammar, and threw in plenty of fun facts about China too! 11/10 would recommend
