About Coleen
My name is Coleen Burato, a passionate pre-service teacher and private tutor with over two years of experience in helping learners improve their English communication skills. I specialize in creating engaging, student-centered lessons that build confidence, encourage participation, and support academic growth.
Throughout my tutoring journey, I have worked with diverse learners and focused on developing their reading, speaking, and comprehension skills in a supportive and positive learning environment. I believe that every student learns differently, so I always adjust my teaching strategies based on their individual needs and learning styles.
Aside from teaching, I also have experience in classroom support, lesson preparation, and educational tasks that help improve overall learning delivery. I am continuously developing my skills to become a more effective and adaptable educator.
