About Rosemary

Self motivated Human Resource professionals (certified) with over fifteen years of broad experience in people management, learning and development, talent management, research and implementation, management consulting, finance management and office administration.

Masters degree in Human Resource Management, an associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) – Certified and Licensed, Associate of Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN).

Passionate about developing people who would rule their world with professionalism and poise. We are life coaches and potential optimizers.

About the lesson

Our classes are tailored to suit your requirement. Techniques include blended learning approach with student and teacher interactive/guided sessions of practical exercises, recorded sessions, video, audio and text presentations.

We deliver my courses in modules and segments and each module takes approximately two hours with take home assignments and recorded sessions to reinforce understanding.

Rosemary holds a masters degree in Human Resource Management, Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) – Certified and Licensed, Associate of Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN).

Our expertise include talent management, organizational development, policy formulation and implementation, learning and development, leadership and management coaching. Passionate about helping businesses maximize resources and individuals make the most of their career decisions.

We have also provided career transition services through one-on-one coaching and mentorship, group workshops, and organized seminars and trainings locally and internationally.

Our lessons are for professionals of all categories - corporate world, individuals and groups of all needs.
