About Mirija

Hi everyone, I’m Miria, a passionate historian, writer, and traveler from Lithuania!

I have studied History and Geography, and love sharing my knowledge in a way that makes learning exciting and meaningful. I teach in both English and Lithuanian, and I always aim to make lessons engaging, interactive with a space for discussions. For me, education is like a journey — an opportunity to explore new ideas and perspectives.

Beyond teaching, I enjoy stargazing, travelling, practicing kung fu, reading, and creative writing. I look forward to travelling through history with you!

About the lesson

1. Methods and Techniques: I encourage open-mindedness, individuality, and creativity in my lessons. My approach focuses on critical thinking, problem-solving, and analyzing topics from multiple perspectives to foster a deeper understanding of history.

2. Typical Lesson Plan: Each lesson is structured into two parts—first, we cover theoretical concepts, and then we apply them through discussions, case studies, or practical exercises to enhance comprehension and engagement.

3. Why You Should Choose Me: My extensive travel experience has given me a unique perspective on different cultures and histories, allowing me to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and tailor lessons to their viewpoints and learning styles.

4. The Purpose of the Lessons: My lessons are designed to help you prepare for classes, exams, and further education, ensuring that you gain both knowledge and the skills to analyze historical events with confidence.
