About RITA
I trained as a psychologist both in Italy and abroad. I lived abroad, traveling in 30 countries and specializing in body, mind, spirit well-being, with particular attention to the environment. I am a classic Pilates matwork instructor, where I try to combine all my skills to achieve overall well-being.

Holistic wellness methodology accompanied by the rigorous method of classic Pilates matwork.
