About Karla
I have been in dance classes since I’m six years old and it’s basically a passion of mine. It’s a part of my essence since I am a child but also I’ve been actively training fitness for over 3 years and getting certified as a personal trainer. For two years and a half I’ve been giving these trainings to all kinds of men and women from 16 years and older.

I called my classes Perreo Fitness. Perreo Fitness is a dance workout that combines aerobic movements with dancing to a mix of Latin and global beats. Each class is high-energy, spontaneous, and fun, giving you a full-body workout while letting you move freely to the music.
