I am a Certified Fitness Instructor. I am embarked my fitness journey few years ago due to the health problems arised and from I have observed around me. I only accept students whom really are serious about their goals and would follow exactly as adviced. This is to manage each other's expectations and to have full commitment towards a common goal.
