About Alison
Hi there!
I am Alison - I was born and raised in German bilingually to a German mom and a US American dad - needless to say that I've always had a passion for languages.
I started tutoring both languages when I was only 16 years old and continued for years and years - on a private level as well as in small and medium sized businesses.
I went to university for German and German literature and although I never finished my degree - traveling the world was a higher priority for me - I got even deeper insights into the language and how to bring it closer to non native speakers.
Since moving to Australia, I have been teaching my Australian partner and his family German - realising how much I miss working in the educational field.
And now, here I am!
