About Guillaume

I am 22 years old and I am currently a student in three master's programs: International Economic Law at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, Management at ESC Rouen / NEOMA Business School, and Management and Economics at Alma Mater Studiorum University from Bologna. I am bilingual in French, English and Russian, and I obtained a bilingual degree in French Law and Russian Law.

About the lesson

As a private tutor, my approach is focused on understanding the individual needs of each student and adapting my teaching techniques accordingly. Here's how I do it:

- Needs analysis and initial assessment: Before starting lessons, I take the time to discuss with the student and/or their parents to understand their difficulties, their objectives and their learning style. I can also carry out an initial assessment to identify the student's gaps and strengths.

- Development of a personalized teaching plan: Based on the needs identified, I design a tailor-made teaching plan, focusing on areas where the student experiences difficulties while strengthening their existing skills.

- Use of various teaching methods: I combine different teaching approaches, such as explanation, demonstration, problem solving, practical exercises, educational games, visual aids, etc., to make the course more interactive and adapted to the needs of the student.

- Encouragement and motivation: I ensure that I maintain a positive learning environment by encouraging the student, congratulating him for his progress and giving him confidence in his abilities. I also pay attention to his interests and try to integrate them into the learning process to make it more engaging.

- Regular monitoring and evaluation: I monitor the student's progress throughout the course by periodically evaluating their performance and adjusting my teaching plan accordingly. I also stay in contact with parents to provide updates on their child's progress.
