About Troy
I have been on my own fitness journey throughout my ballet career. Being a ballet dancer was ranked the most physically demanding job in the US in 2020. Obviously, I’ve had to work with my body to remain in peak condition to continue in the field. This includes maintaining a high level of physical fitness, and having a good diet as well. I am going through the NCSF Certification to become a personal trainer. I am able to supply cheap and effective privates for all!

I like to keep the space safe and personal. Being realistic is also something I value very highly. Patience is the only way to see results in a healthy manner. I incorporate mostly body weight exercises and stretches that can be done anywhere, in the office, at home, or in the gym. I want to make this easy for you! Let’s work together!
