About Emily
I am a 29 year old mum of 3. Work in a secondary school as my day job. I am neurodivergent myself having ADHD, dyslexia, and autism. I am disabled and trained level 2 in BSL but have been using SSE for 25 years. I like to consider myself as patient and adaptable as I understand no two children work and learn the same way. Offer 30min and 60min lessons. Don't have one particular style of teaching as I work with other neurodivergent students mostly so I aim to adapt to their learning style to allow the most growth for the individual. After 11 years of tutoring I've picked up things from other teachers and students that allow more methods to be used within my sessions. Currently work as a 1-2-1 in a school as a Sign language assistant so should BSL be needed you wouldn't require an interpreter.
