About Pádraic
I have an M.A. in Modern History from the University of St. Andrews.
I am a qualified History & Politics teacher specializing in secondary education - KS3, GCSE and A-level.
I have taught a range of classes across many syllabuses, and have been tutoring online for more than five years. I have a proven track record of improving grades for all of my students, regardless of starting attainment, taking a catered individual approach to every session.
I achieved myself an A* at GCSE and A (100%) at A-level in History, and I am looking to pass on this examination know-how to the next generation

I can offer help at five different key stages: KS3, KS4, KS5 and Undergraduate level.
KS3 - help with second order concepts (e.g. causation/significance) and analysis in History through an exciting combination of reading and writing.
KS4 - targeted tutoring towards exam success, from as early as Year 9 all the way through to Year 11. I help students gain the skills required to answer all exam question types thoroughly, as well as helpful revision skills.
KS5 - targeted tutoring towards exam success. I offer a comprehensive service which targets the complex issues in the History & Politics curricula as well as detailed marking and feedback on essay writing.
Undergrad - comprehensive essay reading and feedback service on most topics.
