About Molla
I have completed my graduation (B.E) and post-graduation (M.Tech) in Food Technology from Jadavpur University in 2018 & 2020 respectively. I have qualified in GATE 2018 in Food Technology (XE Paper) with AIR 385. Previously I had worked as a Food Safety Officer (under The Kolkata Municipal Corporation) from 2019 to 2020. Currently, I am working as a Lecturer in Food Processing Technology in an AICTE affiliated institute.
