About Tochi
I’m a friendly, energetic and passionate fitness instructor who enjoys helping people stay active while having fun. I teach Step & Fitness with easy-to-follow routines that can be adapted to different fitness levels, including beginners.
My goal is to make every lesson enjoyable, motivating and comfortable, while helping you build confidence, improve your coordination and get fitter. Whether you’re new to step fitness or simply looking for a fun way to stay active, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
