I’m a Political Science major with a minor in Gender & Sexuality Studies, and I offer one-on-one online tutoring for students interested in feminist theory, political philosophy, and global politics of feminism. I work best with high school students and undergrad college students, my goal is to help you understand how different theories uphold feminism knowledge today and how institutions operate in a feminist lens.
My plan is for you to;
Understand feminist thinkers and concepts more clearly
Talk through dense or difficult texts (hooks, Lorde, Mohanty, Butler, etc.)
Connect theory to activism, institutions, or global events
Write stronger arguments, essays, or research papers
Think critically about gender, race, class, institutions, and the state
My sessions are relaxed but thoughtful. I’ll meet you at your level, whether you’re brand new to the material or just want a space to deepen your understanding with someone who gets it.
We’ll meet on Zoom and use shared Google Docs for discussion, notes, or writing feedback.
