About me:
Hi, I’m Kalum Tocher and I’m thrilled to share my passion for guitar with aspiring musicians like you. Here’s a bit about me to help you get to know your future guitar tutor:
Over the past 14 years, I've dedicated myself to playing and understanding this beautiful instrument, delving into various genres including rock, blues, metal, folk and classical.
I have skills in musical theory, songwriting and composition, crafting melodies and lyrics.
I have also performed on the grand stage to thousands and in more intimate settings, all of which have contributed to my development as a musician and teacher.
I have taught S1 students in their classroom and have significant teaching experience working with students of all ages and skill levels. I understand the importance of patience, encouragement and tailored instruction in guiding aspiring musicians along their musical journey.
When I'm not playing or teaching guitar I simply enjoy the beauty of music in all its forms.
I am passionate about sharing my love for the guitar with others and helping them discover the joy and fulfilment that music can bring.
