About Annie
Hello! My name is Annie. I live in Asheville, North Carolina in the United States. I graduated from university in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. I worked in business as a salesperson for 5 years after college. I have lived all over the United States and I love to travel as often as possible (my next trip is to Morocco in 2020!) When not teaching or traveling, I am a musician. No matter where I find myself I always find myself drawn to teaching: whether teaching English or teaching the ukulele, I love to help people
reach their goals.
I have worked as a tutor in many different environments: elementary school classrooms, high school classrooms, and adult English tutoring in my community. I am in the process of obtaining my 170-hour TEFL certificate from an accredited TEFL institution.
