About Leo
I have worked in hospitality since 1999, at the age of 12, I worked as a kitchen porter and from then fell in love with it all, worked in a vast amount of restaurants and honed my skills in very strict and ruthless kitchens. Over 25 years later I only recently stopped as a freelance chef and decided to teach everything I know to those that want to learn.

I'm more than happy to teach anyone that wants to learn, I can guarantee you will have a deeper understanding and love for cooking.
