I am a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist with over 1,000 hours of clinical experience. My Personal Training specialties are weight loss, functional strength and running event preparation. My massage qualifications cover Relaxation, Sports, Pre-Event and Deep Tissue.
