About Briannon
I am a very athletic, motivational and positive individual with a very bubbly personality which translates well through my teaching. I am a qualified teaching assistant, sporting coach and trainer - all of which combine really well to deliver useful and purposeful information to allow the learner to improve and become stronger. I have just finished university, therefore very well educated with high standards for both myself and my students/clients.

Practical 1-1 PT sessions can be delivered in Newport area, South Wales. Online PT sessions or just programs can be purchased online. Previously trained clients across America. All sessions are approximately an hour long and range in price.
Lessons can be given to people of all ages as I also have qualifications in coaching children, as well as adults aged 18 +
