About Amy
I have been an ESL teacher for 19 years. I have taught both individuals and groups in Italy, South Korea and multinational classes in Australia. I have taught General & Business English and Academic Writing classes. I have also trained ESL teachers on TESOL methodologies and have written curriculum for two leading language schools in Brisbane.

I have experience teaching both children and adults in groups or as individuals. I deliver my lessons in English only. I teach in both an engaging and patient manner, using a student’s strengths to help build on their weaknesses.
Each lesson will be well-prepared, tailor made to the student’s needs, and have a specific goal of target language, grammar, writing styles and so on. I give my students a fully interactive learning experience in which they can develop their core language skills, or focus on a specific skill.
