Having first met with Vicky as a very shy and self-conscious singer, within minutes I soon felt at ease! With her incredible tutoring, warm and vibrant personality, over the weeks I have found a whole new ‘gear’ to my originally rusty and neglected singing voice, and love for singing again.
Vicky is an outstanding teacher and not only have her lessons given me a lot more confidence with my singing, but with her excellent knowledge and application of Complete Vocal Technique, has helped me to train my own voice which has quickly become a lot stronger and it’s awesome to start to hear the positive differences now when I sing! I can also apply the theory we discuss in our lessons to continue to improve my voice when I’m practicing at home thanks to her great style of teaching and technical understanding of CVT.

Vicky is a fantastic vocal coach. She is great at explaining and demonstrating intricate technique - I made progress immediately. She really helps me get in touch with different parts of my voice, and knows how to guide me and provide key insights when I’m finding it difficult. I love that the lessons are tailored to my wants and needs, and that she can react to any problem I have. She also provides very useful exercises which will help me train my voice long term. She is clearly an expert and her method is very effective. Furthermore, Vicky is not just a teacher but also a great mentor: she is very supportive, kind and fun. I have a great time during lessons and honestly can’t recommend her enough, especially to students who might be a bit nervous. And of course she’s a wonderful singer!

I was recommended Vicky by a friend over a year ago. I really wanted to explore some Pop and Rock singing with my voice. As i am not someone who is super confident, Vicky was excellent in helping me connect with volume and projection. I couldn't recommend Vicky enough. After working with her for over a year now i've overcome so many fears. I've built stamina and control, and i've even begun to have a go at effects such as vibrato and distortion!! Just had a successful lesson with Vicky! As a music producer I've known how to roughly sing in tune but never used my own voice due to lack of control and disliking the sound of my voice. Vicky has now put a stop to that and helped me embrace my voice! She took time to go into detail about how my lungs and throat work and the different sounds and tones I can achieve, with what I have. She gave me a lot of great visuals to help me position my face and body to reach what sound I want. She has really boosted my confidence and I will now be recording my own vocals confidently, with all the techniques and support I have received from Vicky!
