About Daniel
Hi, I'm Daniel! I'm a software engineer with over 6 years of professional experience building full-stack web applications with JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js (the MERN stack). I hold a Graduate Certificate in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, along with certifications from AWS, Meta, and Coursera.
I've spent years mentoring aspiring developers, and five of my past students have gone on to land remote jobs in tech — from junior dev roles to full-stack positions. I know exactly what it takes to go from "I'm learning to code" to "I got hired," and I build that path into every lesson.

My lessons are project-based: instead of abstract theory, we build real, working applications from day one. Each session follows a simple flow — a short concept walkthrough, live coding where I build alongside you, then hands-on practice where you apply it yourself with my guidance. We wrap up with Q&A to make sure nothing's unclear.
