About Natalie
Hello!
I'm a 19 year old who works full time in a primary school with year 3s. I love my job and have discovered a lot about myself during my time at the school. I'm good with time management, thinking on my feet and am able to approach a problem from lots of different ways in order to find one that suits the pupil best and am able to adapt my method depending on how it is received. I'm quite a fun teacher and ( I don't mean to brag) have been labelled the 'cool teacher' by my year 3s, which is an honour I hold very high.

I am passionate about teaching and do so in a fun interactive way. I'm a big believer in hands on learning (kinaesthetic) and teaching by example and compassion. I'm used to working with 7-11 year olds (maths, English, science) but am open to teaching English to a higher level (GCSE). I have a lot of resources and have picked up techniques from working in a classroom and taking out focus groups for English/maths. I have privately tutored a 7 year old for around a year and have been working with children for most of my job experience. I have had DBS checked, first aid training, safeguard training and am undergoing an autism awareness course. I teach with respect, passion, kindness and (of course) fun!
