About Fung
I got my PhD in Chemical Engineering at HKUST and am experienced in teaching product and process design, as well as any science and engineering principles. I like challenging my students with applying basic knowledge in our everyday lives so that we can appreciate what we learn.

Introduction of basic science and engineering principles, followed by real-life examples so that students can appreciate more on how the technical knowledge can be related to what we discussed in class. This is particularly important to some abstract principles such as thermodynamics.
