About Eliot
I have a Masters degree in Creative Writing and have taught regular classes. My own academic background is very English/ English Literature focussed.
I gained A*s in my A-Levels and GCSEs.
As a teacher, I like to think I'm approachable and entertaining as well as being hard working and committed to getting good results.

I understand that sometimes the problem may be finding the topic "boring" or "too complicated", so my approach is often to make it more relatable or (when appropriate) entertaining for the students. I have a deep appreciation and passion for literature and writing, so to help make that connection for someone else would be a real honour.

I have no specific rates for student level.
I would ask if I'm travelling very far to perhaps consider adding a token amount for tube/ bus fare, but this is an optional/ honour-based system and in no way a dealbreaker.
