About Oluwayemisi

Hi! I’m Oluwayemisi Harrison, a friendly and cheerful recent secondary school graduate with a passion for helping others succeed. I believe that learning should be an enjoyable experience, and I strive to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for my students.

As an outspoken and approachable person, I love engaging in conversations and sharing ideas. I’m all about building connections, and I make it a priority to ensure that my students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their thoughts. I know that everyone learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to fit each student’s unique needs.

I’m particularly excited about tutoring subjects like mathematics and English and I’m dedicated to helping my students grasp challenging concepts and achieve their academic goals. My aim is to make learning not only informative but also fun, using interactive activities and real-life examples to keep things interesting.

Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading, sport, music, and creating new ideas which helps me connect with my students on a personal level. I can’t wait to work together and help you reach your full potential!

About the lesson

I believe in a collaborative approach, where students can learn from each other. I encourage discussions and group activities to promote teamwork. I use engaging activities, such as games, quizzes, and real-life examples, to make learning enjoyable and relatable.
I emphasize understanding concepts rather than just memorizing facts. I break down complex topics into simpler parts and provide practical examples.I provide constructive feedback and encourage students to ask questions, ensuring they feel supported throughout their learning journey.
Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, which is enough time to cover key concepts, practice, and address any questions.
I can also offer shorter 30-minute sessions for quick reviews or longer 90-minute sessions if students want to dive deeper into a topic.
I just completed my secondary education, and I have a solid understanding of the subjects I tutor, as I’ve recently studied them.
I excel in Mathematics, English, Science and many subjects and I am familiar with the current curriculum and exam formats.
While I may not have formal tutoring experience, I’ve helped classmates and younger students with their studies, providing a good foundation for my tutoring approach.
My lessons are designed for students aged 10 to 18 years old.
I primarily focus on middle school and high school subjects, helping students prepare for exams or understand difficult concepts.
I aim to create a supportive and friendly environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their challenges
