About Nico

I am an ESL tutor with 7 years of experience teaching high school and college students. Over the years, I have taught 150-200 students, each with unique learning needs and goals. My passion lies in helping students not only improve their English but also gain the confidence to express themselves clearly and effectively.

My teaching approach focuses on interactive and practical lessons that develop speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills. I use real-life examples, engaging activities, and personalised guidance to ensure that every student progresses steadily. I also emphasise confidence-building and communication skills to help students thrive in academic and real-world situations.

Some of my proudest moments include students delivering presentations in English for the first time, improving exam scores significantly, and participating actively in discussions. These milestones are reminders of the transformative power of dedicated teaching and the difference a supportive environment can make.

I aim to create a positive, encouraging, and motivating space where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and exploring the language.
