Jack has taught my son for 6 years and has helped and encouraged him into becoming a confident guitar player (he is now 13). He uses fun and engaging methods to teach and help him recall finger positions and frets that has particularly helped him learn scales required for 'graded' tests. He has taught him to play music that my son is particularly interested in and also introduced him to new music styles and bands to broaden his musical knowledge. Jack is friendly, patient, reliable and always available to answer queries via message or email. He sends helpful lesson reminders each week and also sends a follow up email after each lesson with useful feedback and next steps to work on. I would highly recommend Jack as a guitar teacher for all ages.
