I've been training Bakers at all levels for 20 years now, managed artisan bakeries all over the country and giving regular bread making lessons at the local college.
I have won many national awards with my products and I have been two times finalist for the Baker of The Year at the Baking Industry Awards.
My lessons are for both children and adults with or without any baking knowledge.
Before I come to your house on the day and time we agree on, I'll provide the recipe and the equipment needed. Also, I could bring the equipment if needed. I'll use my aprons and adhere to all the food and safety requirements.
The length of the session depends on the products, could be 2 hrs to few hours over multiple days (i.e. making sourdough or multiple items) We can agree to a maximum hours in advance, and if it takes a bit longer, you would not get charged for it - I believe in no rush, take your time and relaxed lessons, and not to mention, we are working with dough that sometimes hard to control the time it's needed.
