With over 12 years of experience in customer service and team leadership, I've developed strong communication and listening skills. I enjoy interacting with people from different backgrounds and helping them express themselves clearly.
Although I'm new to teaching English, I'm passionate about helping others learn. I believe that learning should be fun, simple, and comfortable. My goal is to create a positive environment where you can practice speaking English without fear of making mistakes.
